Working with Your Dashboard

As a freelancer, we know that it is difficult to keep track of your orders and other details regarding your Fiverr account. Fiverr's Dashboard can easily and effectively manage your business.

To access the Dashboard:


  1. After you log in at Fiverr, within the Selling menu, click Dashboard.
    - To the top right, you will see all the detail about your active orders and the earnings you will receive once completed. Active orders are all orders placed by the buyers, in which not including completed or canceled orders.
  2. You can filter you all orders by following statuses:
    Late: The orders that are overdue (past the original delivery due date)
    In Progress: The orders that you are starting working on.
    Dispute by the seller: The orders where you opened a dispute in the Resolution Center.
    In Revision: The orders you are working on after the buyer submitted a revision request.
    Dispute by the buyer: The orders where your buyer opened a dispute in the Resolution Center.


Delivered: The orders that you delivered.
Incomplete: The orders that are waiting for the buyers to submit the requirements.

Notes: 
  • All Orders are sorted according to their due date. The sorting is done by the seller first, and then by the buyer and the most important orders at the top.
  • In the orders displayed, you can see the buyer username, price, due date, and status. If you want to view the order details, click View Order.

Viewing Your Profile Details

To the left side after login your account, you can view details of your profile and including the 4 standards you need to maintain your level.

  • Response Rate: Response rate show the percentage of inquiries you responded to in the last 60      days. As you want to maintain your level, you need to respond to 90% of inquiries in the last 60 days.
  • Delivered on Time: It shows the total percentage of orders delivered on time (past 60 days). To maintain your level, you need to deliver 90% of your orders on time (over the course of 60 days).



  • Orders Completed: Order completed shows your successfully completed orders without cancellations by percentage. As you want to maintain your level, you will need to complete 90% of your orders over the course of 60 days.
  • Rating: This shows the detail of your overall seller rating displayed by percentage. To maintain your level, you need to maintain a 4.7-star rating over the course of 60 days.

Note: You can also view the following:
  • Earned Money (current month): This shows the detail about the amount of money earned from orders that have entered the clearing period within the calendar month. For example, you can see revenue earned from completed orders and pending orders during the current month.
  • Response Time: This track shows the detail of how quickly you respond to the first inbox message from a potential buyer within 24 hours of receiving that message. Response time based on the last 60 days of your activity.
